Creating an account

To use Mailock you will need to create an account – don’t worry, this is only so we know who you are when you send or receive emails. Registration is easy (and free!), just go to our secure site and click on ‘Sign up’. If you’ve received a secure email, just click on ‘Read my message’, which takes you to our sign in page and take the ‘Sign up’ link. Either way you’ll see:

Remember to choose a hard to guess password so that your emails are kept secure. It has to be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 3 of the following:

  • lower case letters (a-z)
  • upper case letters (A – Z)
  • numbers (0 – 9)
  • special characters (eg !@#$%^&*)

Complete the fields, tick the box once you’ve read and are happy with the license agreement then click on ‘Sign up’ – your account is created!

The only thing left to do before you can send or receive secure emails is validate your email address. Click here to see how.
