September 28 2018 Release (Web Portal, Outlook Add-in, Mobile, Company Admin)

This release contains the following updates:

Mailock Sign in/Account (all users)

Changes:
  • It is now possible to add a mobile phone number to an account which is used for account recovery when a user no longer has access to their email address. More details can be found in our Mailock User Guide
  • Improved handling of situations where cookies have been blocked in the user’s browser

Mailock Outlook Add-in (v1.9.261)

  • Improved notifications when linking email addresses which are already in use by another user

  • Resolved an error which occurred when reading messages sent using a OneDrive for Business datastore
  • Resolved an ‘Oops! Something went wrong, please try again’ error which occurred when, in some circumstances, Mailock was unable to determine the recipient email address

Mailock Company Administration

Changes:
  • The sign in process has been changed to use the new common sign in interface used by the Mailock website and Outlook add-in. Users will see new sign in and sign up pages.
