There is an intermittent issue affecting users of our Outlook Add-in, where windows may not be displayed correctly, for example:
This is linked to an Outlook update (build 11727) which has led to the problem. It's possible to get the windows to show as they should with the following steps:
- Open Outlook, click on File followed by Options
- On the Outlook Options screen, click on General on the left, then find "General options for working with Outlook"
- Under "User Interface options", click on "Optimize for compatibility (application restart required)", followed by OK
- Restart Outlook
