I’m unable to send a secure email

If you’re trying to send a secure email and you briefly see a blank ‘Beyond Encryption – Authentication’ window, as demonstrated in the example below, before returning to your unsent email, then there’s a good chance your PC time and/or date is incorrect.




Once corrected, try sending your secure message again - you should be able to see the Mailock sign-in screen where you’ll be able to send your email.
