Save unencrypted messages with IMAP/POP3

When you open a Mailock message in Outlook the add-in decrypts it for you to read, but it doesn’t save a unencrypted copy. In other words, it remains encrypted in your inbox or 'Sent Items' folder.

If you’d like to save a unencrypted copy click on the Save button on the ribbon, choose which email folder you’d like to save it to and click on OK:

Tip Remember: it’s not just the secure messages you receive – the secure messages you send are also stored encrypted unless you save a unencrypted copy.
