Unable to Sign Into Company Admin

If you've tried logging into our Mailock Company Admin portal and are getting the below message to say you can't sign in, please check the credentials you're using to log in with.




Only users configured with company 'owner' or company 'administrator' privileges are granted access to the portal. If you have more than one Mailock account, sign in with the account you have the correct privileges for. Alternatively, if you do not have owner/admin access and need to access the portal, please speak to your company owner to request access.
