How Do I Cancel My Mailock Subscription?

We'll be really sad to see you go but should you ever wish to cancel your account, please let us know.

You can do this by submitting a cancellation request via the Company Admin portal and running through the steps below: 


The Company Admin portal can be found here


You can sign-in with the same credentials that you used to sign up with during the registration process for Mailock. Only users configured with company owner or company administrator privileges are granted access to the portal.


Once signed in, select the 'Subscription' tab and then click on the dropdown within 'Need to cancel your subscription?', like the example below:




Next you'll see the following screen, select 'send cancellation request':




Here you'll see a screen like the one below:




Select a cancellation reason, add a comment and select 'Send Cancellation Request'


You'll then see a screen, like the one below, and we'll be in touch with you to confirm details of your request.
