Company branding

Adding custom branding boosts your recipient's confidence about the validity of your secure message. Branding will be shown in the notification email your recipients are sent, and on our website when they open it. Here's an example of a branded notification email:


To add branding:

Sign in to the Company Admin portal, using the same credentials that you normally use when signing into Mailock. Please note that only users designated as company 'owners' or 'administrators' will have permission to enter the portal.

Next select the 'Company Settings' tab, followed by 'Branding':

Drag and drop your logo into the logo box (1):

Alternatively, click on the box to add your logo, where you can find the logo on your computer. 

Your logo should be either .png or .jpg, no more than 100KB and no more than 4 times as wide as it is high.

Select 'Open' and this will add your logo to the the template preview window on the right.

You can also add custom text (2), which shows on the bottom of the notification email:

The message can be up to 512 characters.

When you've finished, select the 'Save Changes' button (3) or if you need to remove any changes you've made, select the 'Abandon Changes' button (4). If you'd like to remove everything added, select the 'Reset to Defaults' button (5):

To prevent misuse of this feature, your request is submitted for verification, a process that takes up to 1 business day. The status in the Company Admin branding tab will indicate 'Pending Verification':

Once your branding request has been verified and approved, the status in Company Admin will change to 'Verified':

If there are any issues adding your logo or text, it'll flag up with an error displaying the issue, for example image size too big, and you can adjust accordingly.
