One of the many features of Mailock Pro is the option to add custom branding and text, as demonstrated by our example company, 'Beyenc', in the screen below.
If you'd like to add your own company branding and text, to be displayed in the secure email notification your recipients receive and also to persist through their secure email journey, the steps below will guide you through just how to do that.
The first step is to log in via the Company Admin portal, the link to the portal can be found here
You can sign-in with the same credentials that you used to sign up with during the registration process for Mailock. Users configured with company 'owner' or company 'administrator' privileges are granted access to the Company Admin portal.
Once logged in, select the 'Company Settings' tab, followed by 'Branding' and you should see a screen like the one below:
Select to tick the 'Enabled' tick box (option 1 as per image above) which will enable you to edit both the image and text boxes.
Click on the box (option 2 as per image above) to add your logo. This will bring up an 'Open' screen, locate and select your company logo file.
The image files need to be either .png or .jpg, no more than 100KB in size and be square or rectangular (the rectangle must be at least as wide as it is high but no more than four times wider than it is high).
Select 'Open' and this will add your logo to the Branding screen.
There is also the ability to add some text if you'd like to (box labelled 3 as per image above), you can enter up to a total number of 512 characters.

When you've finished yours, select the 'Apply' button.
Your branding has been successfully added if you see the green confirmation banner, as shown in the image below. If there are any issues adding your logo or text, it'll flag up with an error displaying the issue, for example image size too big and you can adjust accordingly.
