How to Save an Unencrypted Copy of a Message with The Outlook Add-In

If you’re using our Outlook add-in you'll have different ways of saving an unencrypted copy of your message, depending on your mail provider.

 

When you open a secure message, things look a little different, depending on how Outlook talks to your email provider. The images below show the two main types:

 

Exchange:

It doesn’t matter if terms like Exchange and IMAP don’t mean much to you, it’s not that important – you'll just need to select the image above that looks most like the screen you see, as the instructions for the mail types differ slightly.
