Why can't I see the content of my messages in the Sent Items Tracker?
When a message is sent with Mailock one of the keys used to unlock it goes with the message sent to the recipient, and we don't record it. This ensures your encrypted message can only be opened by who you, the sender, choose.
This means we're unable to show you the contents of your message in the Mailock Sent Items Tracker, but you can use the details from here to find them in your usual mail app. They'd usually be in your Outlook 'Sent Items' if you use our Outlook add-in, or your regular inbox if you've sent from our website and sent yourself a copy (the default).
