Why Do I Get an Email Each Time A Recipient Reads My Messages?

The Mailock system uses time-stamped, read acknowledgement messages to inform the sender of a secure email that their message has been opened by the intended recipient. You'll receive these acknowledgements every time your secure email is successfully opened by your intended recipient, example as below.

For Mailock Pro and Unipass Mailock Business Premium users, using the Mailock Outlook add-in can be extremely useful if a message needs to be revoked…

You can determine whether the message has previously been successfully opened. And where messages are reinstated (after a previous revocation), the read acknowledgement allows you, the sender, to track when your message is either opened again or perhaps opened for the first time.
