If you’ve received a secure message, clicked on ‘Read my message’ and are taken to a screen like the one below, then you already have an account with us and will need to sign in to see your message. You'll need to sign in with your Unipass Id.
Signing in using Unipass Id
Select the 'Sign in with Unipass Id' button:
Click on your certificate, and select 'OK' :
If you have more than one Unipass certificate, click on one certificate at a time and select the 'Certificate information' option and finally select the certificate that matches the email address your secure email has come through to.
If you're using Unipass but don't have an Identity certificate and use solely Unipass Username and Passphrase, you'll see the screen below.
Type in your Unipass username/email and passphrase and select to 'Log in':
After selecting 'OK' or 'Log in', you will be successfully signed in to your account, and you will be able to view the contents of your email:
