You can reset your password using our website or using our outlook add-in.
Reset password via the website:
Click here to navigate to the Mailock sign in page, then click Forgot Password link. Enter your email address to receive a password reset link and follow the instructions.
Reset password via the Outlook add-in (Business Premium users):
Click the Mailock tab in the ribbon bar, then in the actions category, choose Sign in. The Mailock sign in window includes a link Forgotten password; click and enter your email address to receive a password reset link.
