Within the Company Settings section, you will find the ‘Message Security' tab. Here you can access various options to secure your messages, which can be configured for all users in your company.
1. Message Security Challenges
You can specify one or more methods to secure your messages. Three authentication options are available: 'Question and answer', 'SMS', or 'Email verification'. By default, both 'Question and answer' and 'SMS' are enabled. For more information on each authentication method, click here
2. Unipass Identity
Mailock integrates with Unipass Identity, a service provided by Origo, which sets standards for eCommerce in the UK financial services sector. Enabling this option adds an extra way to secure your messages using Unipass Identity. If a recipient has a Mailock account with a linked Unipass Identity, it will automatically be used as the security method for that recipient. For further info about Unipass Identity click here
3. Read without email verification
Gives an additional option to Outlook add-in users to send a message to an unregistered recipient, which is secured solely on the challenge question i.e. there is no email verification step first. For further info about this feature click here
