Replying to a Secure Message (Not Registered)

If you’ve been sent a secure message and have opened it, like the example below, you'll have the option to reply securely to the sender. 

 

You'll need to set up an account first but this only takes a few steps and is completely free.

 

First step is to select the button to 'Reply', as highlighted in the image below:

Next select to 'Register', as per the image below.

Please note: If you have an account already with us under a different email address, select the 'Sign in and link address' option to add your new email to your existing account. Otherwise if you are yet to register, continue on with this article.

 

You’ll then be taken to our registration screen:

Complete your details and click on ‘Sign up’.

 

You'll then be signed into your account and will need to verify your email address, like our example below:

Click on 'Verify your email address'

 

Next select 'Send code':

An email with a code will be sent to your email inbox.

 

Copy your code from your email and paste into the verification code box and click on 'Submit'

Select 'Reply' again and this will take you to the Compose screen where you can enter your message, as shown in the example below.

a) Type in your message in this box


b) You can also add attachments, if required (by either clicking on the ‘Attach’ box or by dragging and dropping your files in the box specified) and these will also be sent securely

c) By default a copy of the message will be sent securely to the inbox of your email address for your records. If you don’t want to receive a copy untick this box

d) When you’re ready, click on ‘Send’ and your secure message will be sent back to your sender

 

Now you’ve registered, you’ll just need to click on ‘Reply’ when reading your secure messages to get to this screen in the future.
