Resetting your Mailock user account password

You can reset your password from the sign in screen when using our website or our Outlook add-in.

Reset password via the website:

Use the 'Forgot password?' link on the sign in screen. Alternatively, click here.

Reset password via the Outlook add-in:

Click the Mailock tab in the ribbon bar, then in the actions category, choose Sign in. The Mailock sign-in window includes a link – ‘Forgot Password’ - click and enter your email address to receive a password reset email and run through the instructions provided.
