      Unlinking a Unipass Identity From a Mailock Account

      If you need to unlink a Unipass Identity from your Mailock account, you can do this within your account settings. 

       

      From the sign in screen, you need to use your email address and password, not your Unipass Identity.

      If you're already signed in, click on the 'Sign out' link on the left, then return to your account settings from using the link above.

      If you've forgotten your password, here's how to get a new one.

       

      After signing in you’ll see the following:

       

       

      Click on the 'Unlink' button and you're done.
