Keep secure delivery front of mind
Mailock security alerts can prompt senders when configured terms are detected, helping teams remember to protect sensitive emails before they leave Outlook.

Close access when circumstances change
If an email goes to the wrong address, includes the wrong attachment, or needs to be withdrawn, Message Revoke lets the sender close future access to the protected Mailock message - including after it has been opened.

Questions?
FAQs, answered
Which versions of Outlook work with the Mailock add-in?
The Mailock add-in is designed for supported classic desktop Outlook on Windows. It does not currently run inside new Outlook, Outlook on the web, Outlook for Mac, or Outlook mobile. Recipients can use Mailock through a browser and do not need the Outlook add-in.
What does Mailock add alongside Microsoft email encryption?
Mailock gives senders a dedicated external secure-email workflow with selectable recipient checks, secure replies, Message Tracker, and Message Revoke. It works alongside Microsoft 365's native encryption and rights-management controls.
How much does Mailock Pro cost?
You can start a free 14-day Mailock Pro trial. Review current subscription options on the pricing page.
How do recipients read and reply to a Mailock message?
Recipients can read and reply through the protected Mailock browser experience, so they do not need Outlook or the add-in. The access steps vary according to the recipient check and your organisation's settings.
What happens when a Mailock message is revoked?
Message Revoke closes future access to the protected message. It cannot recover information already downloaded, copied, photographed, or otherwise retained outside the Mailock experience.
