Winning Leadership Team Of The Year At South Coast Tech

We're proud to announce our win at the South Coast Tech Awards, hosted by the Business Magazine at the Hilton in The Ageas Bowl. We won ‘Leadership Team of the Year’. It's great to be recognised for having an effective management team built around new branding and values.

With over 170 finalists, ranging from cloud solutions companies to software developers, and even those working in artificial intelligence and space technology, this achievement is truly exciting.

The judges praised us for demonstrating our services perfectly and showcasing how our leadership team has evolved to create ‘an environment where skills are transferred and managed to form an effective management team.’

They also noted that our values and branding align with the excellent customer satisfaction scores we have been receiving.

"We are a relatively small team punching above our weight in an industry dominated by massive businesses. We need to be multi-disciplined. We have amazing people with extraordinary skills who work collaboratively, where mentoring and great communication are important.”

Paul Holland, CEO, Beyond Encryption

Paul continued, “The business is growing rapidly – a 'J' curve with volumes up 10-fold in the last few months, which has been extraordinary for us."

"This award win comes at a great time. We pride ourselves on having built a strong team. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for the Beyond Encryption family, and our customers.”
